For Adults with:

Growing into our full potential

If we limit our patterns of movement we miss our own personal full potential.
The brain records every movement we make, but it cannot organize and direct a movement never made before or lost thought injury. In order to move each part of our bodies we must be aware (in the brain) of the part.
In order to be aware of a body part, one needs to move it. If this loop needs help recognizing itself, outside tactile feedback makes this possible.
Using the ABMNM® 9 essentials, the brain's 'plasticity'  can easily reorganize itself with the new information, into a higher level of function. As we blend together certain movements we forge brain connections which underpin reading, counting, socializing, and focus.

Client story

I came to see Diana about a chronic shoulder injury that has caused me problems on and off for at least 10 years.  I broke my scapula last fall and after that healed, my shoulder was in constant pain. I am an avid cyclist, riding road, mountain and still competing in cyclocross.  Over the past year, I saw four different physiotherapists and an athletic therapist and my shoulder just kept getting worse.  After only a couple of treatments with Diana, I started to feel an improvement and now a few months later, able to mountain bike without pain.  Not only am I riding without pain, but my level of fitness has improved more rapidly than I've ever experienced (and rapid improvement at age 57!).  I'm not sure how the treatment all works but it does!  So grateful for this form of treatment and how relaxed and easy it is.  Last week I mountain biked downhill so fast I beat my best time, the integration within my body was sure a factor in that happening! AND After I'd seen Diana I don't have any exercises that I must do.
Bringing bodies back into balance
As an ABM practitioner, and using my BMC IDME skills - Adults can experience profound changes in function and wellness.
It's never too late because the brain's ability to be plastic means changes can happen at any time in life.
The body is also able to process unfinished processes, like too much incoming sensory information, it waits in the body and trusts that a time will come when it can complete and put to rest an action.

ABMNM® uses cutting-edge brain plasticity to transform chronic pain, stroke and trauma with revolutionary movement lessons. Harnessing the brain's potential to relearn. Outcomes are deeply transformational.

BMC® I can help re-establish stronger connectivity pathways in the cells, fluids, bones, organs, glands, soft tissues and nerves.   As we  'regrow' lines of connection through the body's systems, using embodiment to clarify your own embryological development which strengthens your own connectivity to yourself.
