Our current growth can be tracked by how we move or don’t move — this is my entry point of change and it becomes a window to view all the neurological and developmental patterns made and not made. From the very beginning of our life (conception), to walking, fulfilling our full potential.
As we grow, each stage of movement  is recorded and weaves levels of support and interconnectedness into our being. It is at this level that change can be made. If connections to self are lost through events or injuries, we can re-grow them, through touch, voice, play and movement.

Learning is a natural process
My work with children is about establishing, refining and/or bringing into being important steps in development, or for other abled children helping them make sense of and register the world around them. Thought child-led connection, touch, voice and play.

Curiosity for the world starts at very early development.  Before we can grow into curious adults we have to have connection and comfort in our bodies. Comfort leads to resting in ourselves, so we can draw our attention out into our world. I believe we need to be comfortable and safe before we can have positive learning outcomes.

Experiencing a wider range of developmental movements through safety, gentle touch, engaging play, and freedom to explore can have a profound effect on language, thinking and behaviour. I also offer myself as a Behavioural Interventionist for children on the Autism spectrum.

Learning, cognitive, and behavioural challenges come in many forms. Your child may have been diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum or as having attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Or, your child may have been diagnosed with dyslexia, language processing disorder, or some other kind of learning disability.
Or perhaps your child struggles with a behaviour disorder or has not received an official diagnosis, as in an undiagnosed developmental delay.
Every child can have these lessons to ensure the development of their movement is arriving, things like eye movement and head movement are very important for future reading and writing.
New possibilities for the every child

In the Anat Baniel Method®
NeuroMovement®, we have seen children reach higher levels of physical, emotional, and cognitive performance than ever seemed possible.

In our over 30 years of experience in working with a wide variety of conditions and challenges, we have found that it is almost always possible for a child to overcome limitations and become a brilliant learner.
